Universal tamping/levelling machine UNIMAT 08-4x4/4S

  • Industrial design adds value: a new level of ergonomic operation
  • 4x4 tamping technology for 4-rail tamping
  • Rotation speed modulation of the vibration reduces noise and wear
  • Uniform distribution of lifting forces thanks to 3-rail lifting
  • PlasserSmartTamping – The Assistant: automatic turnout tamping
  • SmartALC: reliable correction of the track geometry
  • Documenting during work: control measuring without trailer
  • Trailer for additional functions: Customised equipment

Turnout tamping/levelling machine

Turnout tamping machine is intended for levelling railway turnouts and tracks in height and direction, which means that it can control and correct all geometric parameters of railway turnouts and tracks.

Track tamping/leveling machine

The levelling machine is intended for levelling the railway tracks in terms of height and direction, which means that it can control and correct all the geometrical parameters of the track, which are: longitudinal levelling (inclination - rise or fall of the track), transverse levelling (elevation in curves), direction of the railway track lines (transitional curves and curves).

Gravel seeding machine

The gravel seeding machine is a self-propelled railway vehicle, which is intended for cleaning the gravel bed. With it, we achieve the correct granulation of the gravel bed in the old gravel bed. The essential advantage and basic feature of the machine is that it’s able to sift the gravel bar in the field without removing the railway track and railway line sleepers.

Gravel beam profiling machine

The gravel beam profiling machine is designed to shape the gravel beam into the correct shape. It is a self-propelled rail vehicle that can perform gravel bed profiling (on sides) using side ploughs, gravel bed levelling (top surface above railway line sleepers) using front plows, sweeping of railway line sleepers and sweeping of fine track material using a rotary broom , dispersal of pestle - some plow designs have a silo for pestle with a capacity of up to 7 m3 (picking and spreading of pestle is possible).

Long-rail train Robel 40.61 – SILAD

The train consists of nine four-axle flat wagons with a total length of 178.2 m and is designed to transport, unload or load rails up to 120 m long.

Heavy track motor car II.

The heavy track motor car is a basic motor track service vehicle designed to haul wagons and trailers to and from construction sites and it is equipped with a hydraulic lift for handling the upper construction material and machines.

Hi-rail excavator

Hi-rail excavator is a multi-purpose, all-hydraulic, hi-rail crane powered by a turbo-charged diesel engine. It is designed specifically for railway needs. This crane operates through 360 degrees of rotation, is on- or off-trackable by its own means, and features a short tail swing, four-wheel drive, and crab-steering. The is designed to make ditching and excavating work easy whether on or off the tracks. Its 22-foot reach is complemented by a full range of straight excavating buckets or slide-tilt ditching buckets.

Track field changing machine- portal crane

The portal crane is intended for tearing up old track fields, laying new railway sleepers, laying new track fields and for exchanging rails or railway sleepers.

Hydraulic rail insertion device

We use the rail insertion machine to insert and remove rails to or from sleepers.

Track sideways shifting and lifting machine

For simpler works, for new construction of industrial tracks or other similar works, we use this machine to lift and move the track laterally as an aid in the manual regulation of individual railway sleepers.

Welding trailer

The welding trailer is a two-axle flat wagon with a build in house in which welding equipment and material are stored.

Flat wagon

The Flat wagon is a two-axle wagon of the K series, it is intended for the transport of old track fields and for the transport of wooden and concrete railway sleepers. It is structurally adapted for driving under gantry lifts.
